Welcome to the Computer Lab
Carrcroft Elementary School has a wonderful computer lab with 34 computers. All kindergarten to fifth grade students come once a week to the computer lab for 45 minutes. The students work on their technology skills and practice activities that correlate to their curriculum.

All of our classes are working very hard on learning new computer terms and programs on the computers. All Carrcroft students recently took a another STAR reading test and Second through Fifth grade students also took a STAR math test.
All grade levels are using Compass Learning in the classrooms and the computer lab. Kindergarten has been working hard on learning to use the mouse and understand the computer terms. The have also enjoyed learning to read on the computer using Starfall.com First through fifth graders will continue working on their typing skills with our newest computer program called "Type to Learn 4 and our 5th grade classes will be working on word documents and mastering the use of different toolbars. We will be writing Acrostic poems in the lab and learned how to add clipart to them.
