Non-Discrimination Notice
Under the federal (a) Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), (b) Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), and (c) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act ("Section 504"), the District is required to provide a process to file a complaint against the District if a potential or current employee believes that the District has violated any of the listed Acts. To this end, the District has created Regulations R06.2.1, R06.2.2, and R06.2.3 providing the complaint process for the ADEA, the ADA, and Section 504 respectively. A copy of Policy 06.2 and Regulations R06.2.1, R06.2.2, and R06.2.3, are located in the Board Policy & Regulations Manual.
