The hard work of 160 Forwood students was represented at the Science Fair Monday night. During the fair, the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay and middle school students from P.S. duPont led hands-on activities regarding how pollution affects the environment through rainwater and how we can use basic materials to clean water. In addition, students displayed work in these areas:
- Wind racers (grade 5)
- Phenomenon of sound (grade 4)
- Hovercrafts (grade 5)
- Bridges (grades 4 and 5)
- Stability, force, and weight (grades K-3)
Great job by all the students, their teachers, and their parents!
