Meet Mrs. Jarman
I am the PROUD Principal of the Lombardy Tigers! This is a phenomenal school with truly gifted and talented staff, incredible students, and supportive parents, who partner with us to provide an excellent education for all students. I have been at educator since 1978, beginning my career in Grade 2 and then teaching the majority of the following 25 years at the 4th and 5th grade levels. After teaching in Pennsylvania for 20 years, I came to Brandywine in 1999, as a fourth grade teacher at Claymont Elementary. During my time at Claymont, I was the 4th Grade Team Leader, Dean of Students, and Assistant Principal. I came to Lombardy in 2010 as Assistant Principal, and now as your Principal!
I hold a degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education, a graduate level degree in Leadership, and I am pursuing my Doctorate at Widener University. I am married to my high school sweetheart now for 40 years, and I have a 32 year-old married son and a 12 year-old daughter. I also share my house with four furry friends, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Thank you for allowing me to serve the Lombardy community!
