PBS at Lombardy

Lombardy Elementary School is a Positive Behavior Support School (PBS). PBS is a schoolwide system of support that includes proactive strategies for defining, teaching, and supporting appropriate student behaviors to create positive school environments. It also involves a continuum of positive behavior supports for all students within a school and is implemented across all areas of the school (such as hallways, buses, and bathrooms). Lombardy Elementary School also incorporates the practices of Responsive Classroom and Leader in Me into our school framework as they pertain to teaching students our school-wide expectations and developing self-discipline.
