Troubleshooting Technology Issues
BSD students received a letter with their login information when they picked up their loaner device. If you cannot find that letter, or if you are having difficulty logging on, here are four ways you can get assistance.
First, watch one of the videos on this page, depending on whether you're using an iPad or a Chromebook.
If that does not solve your problem, contact your child's teacher asap.
If you are still having difficulty, please call the BSD Help Desk at 529-3100 and leave a voicemail. Someone from the BSD Technology Department will respond as soon as possible to assist you.
