Show Your Support for Our Youngest Learners

Please follow the steps below to submit your letter of support.

1. Use the dropdown list on this page to see if your neighborhood is a member of the Council of Civic Organizations of Brandywine Hundred (CCoBH).
   
   
2. Choose the sample letter associated with your neighborhood's affiliation with CCoBH. 
    
3. Personalize the letter by making any changes, additions, or deletions.  Be sure to include your name and the name of your neighborhood if you reside in a CCoBH neighborhood.
     
   For those who choose to write their own letter of support, please remember to request that the letter be entered into the formal records of the Planning Board and that it be posted with other public comments for Project #20200566 on the New Castle County Project Details website.
    
4. Email the letter to the New Castle County Planning Board at LandUse@nccde.org or via U.S. postal mail to:

5. Email a copy of your letter to the Members of the New Castle County Council at the email addresses listed below.
     
6. Share the news about the land dedication and the hope to use a portion of the donated parcel as the home site for a new state-of-the-art Bush Early Education Center for our children and encourage them to submit letters of support.
