Mr. Princilus

As the Assistant Principal and 8th grade administrator at P.S., my mission is to serve the students, families and staff that I am privileged to work with.     I truly appreciate the opportunity to work with my Panther family and I am humbled by their dedication, commitment, and resilience. Every day that I am fortunate enough to be in this position, I give my all and I do not take for granted. I am very proud of the core values that we try to instill daily in our students and staff. We are a family here at P.S. and I want our students, staff and families to know that I am here to support them. 

I offer 23 years of experience in education across 2 states [De & NJ], 4 school districts, and 7 different diverse schools. The past 10 years have been spent as Dean of Students and Assistant Principal in the Brandywine School District at the secondary level. My focus during that time has been on building meaningful relationships with students, staff and families utilizing Restorative Practices and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support [MTSS]. I am well-versed in working with diverse students and families and I possess extensive knowledge in fostering equitable educational practices for all students.  

During my years as a teacher and administrator, I’ve learned that life is all about relationships. Our success depends on our ability to make genuine connections with one another and to form long-lasting relationships that transcends all barriers. We like to share our experiences with one another as a means of making and forming these special bonds.
