Claymont Elementary School has been recognized by the Delaware Department of Education as one of 16 schools in Delaware for exceptional student performance on the state’s assessment for grades 3-8. Secretary Holodick and his team at DDOE made a special visit to Claymont to visit and congratulate students and staff.
Claymont Elementary will also receive an $8,000 award, a certificate, and a banner to proudly hang in their building.
