Spring Sports Afternoon Pick Up

We have seen an increase in students being picked up for Spring sports versus riding the afternoon activity bus this Spring sports season. This has brought an increase in congestion and unsafe conditions for students as their practices and games end. Please adhere to the following procedures for afternoon pickup:

• Springer will leave our cones upon entry curved preventing traffic pulling up on the left hand side from backing up into Shipley Rd.
• DO NOT MOVE THE CONES
• Traffic will be redirected to go behind Springer and turnaround in the same manner they would for dismissal
• Parents/guardians/family members picking students up should pull down as far as they can when on the curb line instead of stopping at the entrance to allow more cars into our parking lot
• Parents/guardians/family members picking students up are encouraged to pull into an available parking spot in our parking lot to releive congestion as well
