Numerous federal (and state) laws require school districts to provide students, parents, and/or the public with information concerning programs funded by the Federal Government.  This page provides information and links concerning these federal laws and programs.

As participants in several Federal School Nutrition Programs, the District is required to provide both parents and the community with information about free and reduced-price meals and/or free milk.  Click the title link for more information.

A FOIA request is a written request to inspect and copy the public records of the Brandywine School District.  Public records are any written or recorded information produced or compiled by the District that relate to its operations and purpose.
