Regular Monthly Board Meetings
The Brandywine School District Board of Education meets monthly. All meetings, with the exception of those noted Executive Session, are open to the public. Time is allotted at each School Board meeting for public comment; simply fill out a Comment Card upon entering and hand it to the Recording Secretary. You will be called upon at the appropriate time.
Unless otherwise noted on the posted schedule, School Board meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the following location:

Public Comment
Please note the following:
- Virtual Public Comment Form: https://forms.gle/ghHdJB4udx7ZY8Zj7
- The Virtual Public Comment form will be open from 6 - 7 p.m. on the night of the meeting.
- Virtual Attendees: Your full name must be displayed as your Zoom username in order to be permitted to speak publicly via Zoom (ex: usernames such as "Mobile 1" will not be accepted).
- The public comment portion of the meeting will occur immediately following the Superintendent's Report.
- Public comment will be limited to 60 minutes with a time limit of 2 minutes per speaker.
- Those wishing to make a public comment in person should fill out a public comment card at the main welcome desk.
- Members of the public may address the Board one time per meeting.
- Speakers may not yield time to others.
- The allotted time is for the members of the public to make comments, not for the Board to engage in two-way dialogue with those making comments.
- Comments that include profanity and/or defame or demean the character of others will not be permitted.
