Meeting Dates

• The Virtual Public Comment form will be open from 6 - 7 p.m. on the night of the meeting.
• Virtual Attendees: Your full name must be displayed as your Zoom username in order to be permitted to speak publicly via Zoom (ex: usernames such as "Mobile 1" will not be accepted).
• The public comment portion of the meeting will occur immediately following the Superintendent's Report.
• Public comment will be limited to 60 minutes with a time limit of 2 minutes per speaker.
• Those wishing to make a public comment in person should fill out a public comment card at the main welcome desk.
• Members of the public may address the Board one time per meeting.
• Speakers may not yield time to others.
• The allotted time is for the members of the public to make comments, not for the Board to engage in two-way dialogue with those making comments.
• Comments that include profanity and/or defame or demean the character of others will not be permitted.
