BSD Staff Serving Up Fun!

Earlier this week, dozens of Brandywine School District staff came together for a round of volleyball games at Springer Middle School, part of our seasonal tradition that brings colleagues together to team up, have fun, and enjoy a little friendly competition!

This cherished BSD tradition started in the 2022-2023 school year with building administrators and staff facing off against each other in basketball. Now in its fourth year, it has grown into a districtwide series featuring Fall, Winter, and Spring match-ups with participants from across BSD. This year, building administrators and staff are joined by members of District office, staff from facilities and school nutrition, and even members from our School Board!

A huge shout-out to Howard Laws, who launched this tradition and continues to passionately organize it each year, and to our high school volleyball players for volunteering their time to referee!

To everyone who joined in for another great evening of teamwork, laughter, and community, thank you for always exemplifying what #Proud2bBSD truly means!
