Transcript & Records Requests

• Sent in a gold envelope containing a white sealed envelope.  Most universities, colleges, employers, etc. will accept only a sealed, official transcript. The transcript can be mailed directly from BSD to the institution.  If you choose to have the official transcript mailed to your home, please do not open the sealed envelope.
• Fee $4.00 for first copy, plus an additional $0.50 for each additional copy

• Sent in an unsealed envelope marked Unofficial.  An unofficial transcript is generally requested for an individual's records.
• Fee $4.00 for first copy, plus an additional $0.50 for each additional copy
