Under Board Policy 01.3, Board policies that the Board may discuss or act upon at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board must be posted on the District Website at least three (3) weeks before the Board meeting to allow the public an opportunity to review and send written comments to the Superintendent prior to the scheduled meeting. The Superintendent is also required to share these comments with the Board prior to the scheduled meeting.The panel on the left provides a link to the policy that will be presented to the Board on November 19, 2012. The public may comment on any policy presented to the Board during the first public comment period on the Board Agenda. Written comments received by the Superintendent's Office by November 14, 2012 will be shared with the Board prior to the Board meeting.
