BANK at SCHOOL
In collaboration with the University of Delaware’s center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship, Delaware Financial Literacy Institute, the State Bank Commissioner, and Wells Fargo Bank, Mount Pleasant Elementary School will implement the Bank at School program for students in the 3rd-5th grade. Students will open non-custodial bank accounts, make weekly deposits and also serve as bank tellers. This program is based on state Economic standards and is designed to help students practice the skills necessary to become smart consumers and savers.
Bank day is: Wednesday for 8:25 a.m.-8:50 a.m. in the hallway outside the Multi-Purpose Room.
