Our Building

The Joseph Brumskill Early Childhood Assistance Program (ECAP) is located in the beautiful P.S. duPont Middle School building at 701 W. 34th Street in Wilmington. Our entrance is on Monroe Street, on the side of the building near the parking lot and pool.  Street parking is available.

In 2018, we were proudly renamed in honor of longtime School Board member, volunteer, neighbor, advocate, and friend Joe Brumskill.  Our sign was designed and crafted by two Brandywine High School engineering students (pictured).
