AP TESTING INFORMATION

AP Exams start The week of May 2nd! please know where/when you need to arrive. the schedule is here: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/exam-administration-ordering-scores/exam-dates. for morning exams, arrive at your testing room by 7:30am. for afternoon exams, arrive at your testing room by 11:30am. if the door is locked please don't bang on it as there may be an exam finishing up. afternoon exams will likely finish after dismissal so ensure that you have a ride home. most exams will be in the audion with the exception of ap statistics which is in #233 and ap french which is in the library conference room. if you are testing with accommodations, you will receive a schoology message from me with your testing location and details.
Please bring the following to each exam:
- no 2 pencil with eraser (not mechanical, even if it's a no. 2 mechanical)
- pen with black/blue ink
- snacks/clear drinks
- wear layers for comfort
- approved calculator for math/science exams, as applicable (list here: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/exam-administration-ordering-scores/administering-exams/on-exam-day/calculator-policy)
- chromebook with charger - ap english literature and ap french only as this is the only digital exam
Do not bring: phones, chromebooks (with the exception of ap french & ap literature only), electronic devices, smartwatches, laptops, separate timers, etc. any of these devices will need to be powered off and turned in to the proctor. textbooks, highlighters, books.
there will be one break between section i and section ii of each seated exam when you can consume snacks.
attendance will be taken at each exam and class absences will be coded as school activity which is excluded from your total absences.
