    Dear BSD Families,

    I’m writing to share an update about the “Where’s the Bus” app, which provides real-time information to our families about their child’s school bus.

    As some of you may have noticed, the system is currently undergoing an update. This update is taking place because we recently added eight new buses to our fleet and the system is recalibrating to account for these new buses.

    During this update, some of our families may see incorrect information about their bus in the app. I do apologize for this inconvenience, as I know so many families rely on this information for morning pick up and afternoon drop off. The vendor is aware of the issue, and is overseeing the update. At most, the update will take 72 hours.
