Mental Health Support
Supporting our students’ mental health is a top priority for BSD. At each school there are trained professionals that can help your student through a crisis. All schools offer age appropriate support for their students. If you find your child is in crisis and needs help, contact your school’s counselor. They can offer confidential support and connect you with the appropriate services to help your child.
If your child is experiencing a mental health emergency, there are agencies available to help. Please consult the flyers attached here to learn more about the local services available and ideas to make the transition back to school less overwhelming.
