Army JROTC students attend Army JROTC Summer Camp 2017
Eleven (11) Mount Pleasant students who take Army JROTC as one of their electives at Mount Pleasant High School attended and graduated from the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) summer camp. Mount Pleasant participated with other Army JROTC high schools in the state from June 18th- June 22nd 2017. These included Appoquinimink, Cap Henlopen, Sussex Central, Sussex Tech, and Wicomico County High School out of Salisbury, Maryland. Over 75 students attended the Camp. This camp provides students an opportunity to practice leadership skills, team building, and adventure training in a ―hands on military environment.
